While I appreciate this list, I would like to point out that a similar list was produced by C.S. Lewis as an appendix to his book "The Abolition of Man." He described the law that humanity has a universal (but certainly not uniform) awareness of as 'The Tao', in line with Chinese philosophy regarding "The way of universal harmony". The most interesting thing I observe about this phemonenon is that ancient peoples never disputed its existence, but sought to justify themselves in its light. Modern people(s) seem determined to think and live in ignorance, or even defiance, of any objective standard.
